5 tablespoons of almond yoghurt (or other of your choosing)
In a bowl add the ingredients in the following order: yoghurt, berries and granola. And yes, it’s ready to serve. Easy, right?
You can you any yoghurt, just please pay attention to the amount of sugar. You can replace the fresh berries by frozen ones or any fruit you like. Always try to use seasonable fruits, not only because of the environment… but because they have all the ingredients that your body is craving and they’re cheaper.
And talking about cheaper… that’s exactly my trick with the frozen berries. These are frozen within 24h hours after harvesting, which means they have more nutrients than the fresh versions that we can find at the supermarket. Also, they last for longer and are cheaper.
