2 slices of wholegrain bread (or other of your choice)
Lime (or lemon)
Start by smashing the avocado content into a bowl with a fork. Add the juice of half a lime (or lemon) and black pepper (the quantity is up to you). Give it a good stir. Meanwhile, toast two bread slices.
Once these are toasted, spread the avocado mixture on the slices. Enhance its nutritional properties by sprinkling some pumpkin seeds or watercress leaves and it’s ready to serve.
You can also add other seeds of your choosing. Like hemp seeds, for example. Also, if you like a spicy punch adding a bit of flaked chilli powder will definitely take your toast to a different level.
