Guilt-free was created in 2015 when I was recovering from a burnout. It started as a blog with recipes and healthy tips. I wanted to inspire people and share my knowledge.

At that time, I thought I was Wonder Woman. I would work for hours on end, at a demanding job and rushing through life, because I wanted to be there for everyone.

How wrong was I…

But if it wasn’t for that mistake, I wouldn’t have studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (New York) to become a Health Coach and you wouldn’t be here reading my story.
